Polypropylene
Polypropylene from B&F Plastics
Polypropylene is a versatile thermoplastic available in a wide range of formulations from general purpose to highly specialized. Grades of polypropylene are available to meet the needs of various fabrication processes such as extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming, blow molding, extrusion coating, and laminating. The wide range of physical properties and relative ease of processing make polypropylene an extremely attractive material capable of competing with more expensive resins in a number of demanding applications.

CO-POLYMERS
Co-Polymer Polypropylene is a crystalline polymer which exhibits high stiffness, excellent impact strength at temperatures well below freezing, and good electrical insulation properties. Co-Polymers are primarily used in injection molding parts for automotive, extruded sheet and thermoforming, appliances and other durable applications.
HOMO-POLYMERS
Homo-Polymer Polypropylene is a translucent, crystaling polymer which exhibits high stiffness, good impact strength at room temperatures and good electrical insulation properties. Homo-Polymers are used for various fabrication processes such as injection molding, sheet and thermoforming, and slit tape.
RANDOM CO-POLYMER-CLARIFIED
Clarified Polypropylene is a random co-polymer, Drug Master File (DMF) listed and FDA compliant. Features include high clarity, non-blushing, tough, impact, chemical, solvent and stress crack resistant, good stiffness, hardness and heat resistance. Possible applications include blow molded: food, household chemicals, and beauty aid products.
FLAME RETARDANT
Polyflam RPP 1174 is a high performance talc filled homopolymer polypropylene product with ULVO flammability and 105 C temperature index at .081 mm. RPP 1174 is non-dripping and has excellent dimensional stability
