WoodPlast from B&F Plastics

B&F is a custom manufacturer and extruder of WoodPlast. Woodplast is a thermoplastic material utilizing recycled materials. Polyolefin polymers and cellules fibers – wood flour – scrap – newspaper – packaging scrap or crushed nut shells are extruded into quality sheet stock for forming finished products.

A significant problem in modern society is to utilize all available materials, including the reuse of scrap materials into useful products. WoodPlast allows designers and manufacturers to do just that! And WoodPlast is a non-polluting substrate. The processing emits no hazardous fumes or materials.

WoodPlast’s transformation into products is achieved by compression molding, vacuum forming and die cutting of sheet. B&F offers custom laminates such as carpet, felt, wood grains and adhesives. All off-cuts are fully recyclable. WoodPlast is also available in pellet form for injection molding!
