To gain an understanding of your overall opinion of B&F Plastics, a brief survey has been provided to you. This survey asks you to evaluate our product and service. The results of the completed survey are provided to the appropriate area manager to be acted on for our continuous improvement activities.
At least annually, you will be contacted personally to discuss and assess the overall customer relationship using this survey. Responses are tallied to identify areas for improvement and for trend analysis.
